What we collect

When you submit a contact form or job application, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message, optional phone, optional resume PDF). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookieless, aggregate page-view counts.

How we use it

Contact form submissions and job applications are delivered to authorized OCEANS personnel through our internal inbox routing. Job applications also include a link to your resume in Cloudflare R2. We don't use your information for marketing, and we don't sell or share it.

Resume storage

Resumes are stored in Cloudflare R2 (private bucket, accessible only via signed URL or to authorized OCEANS personnel). Retained for one year unless you ask us to delete sooner.

Your rights

Use the contact form to ask what we have on you, request correction, or request deletion.

Third parties

We use Cloudflare (hosting, R2, Turnstile, Analytics) and Resend (transactional email). They process data on our behalf under their respective terms.
