Senior Systems Engineer

Lead systems engineering and architecture work on federal mission programs — from requirements through transition.
Responsibilities
- Translate mission needs into testable requirements with traceability
- Develop CONOPS and system architectures aligned to lifecycle
- Lead engineering reviews with federal stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers on rigorous systems methods
Qualifications
- B.S. in engineering or related; 8+ years systems engineering experience
- Federal program experience (DoD, DHS, or adjacent)
- U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication
Bonus
- Active Secret or higher clearance
- INCOSE CSEP or equivalent certification
- Prior White Team / OT&E experience
